What is Youth Blitz?
Youth Blitz delivers a space for teen girls to maximise their potential.
The program offers a focus on fitness and nutrition, but also their overall wellbeing enabling girls to feel confident, empowered and supported throughout their journey through their teen years.
The training program has a focus on the core fundamentals around fitness, with loads of girl talk and fun along the way. Sessions include skills and education around weight training, boxing, core, pilates, yoga and much more based around their individual endurance and fitness levels.
All training sessions are delivered by qualified personal trainers who emphasise a great deal on correct form and technique, along with having fun and making new friends at the same time.
Youth Blitz focuses on self esteem and bringing out the girls inner confidence. They will develop knowledge in health, goal setting and learn new strategies to maximise their motivation allowing them to best their best!
